Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Franchise Business Manager to lead the growth and operational excellence of our franchise network. In this energetic role, you will drive business development initiatives, oversee franchise performance, and foster strong relationships with franchise partners. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence while ensuring consistent quality and process improvement across all locations. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the franchise network through targeted business development efforts.
- Lead and supervise franchise operations, administrative functions, ensuring adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive sales growth by identifying recent market opportunities and supporting franchisees in achieving their revenue targets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including opening new franchise locations, process improvements, and operational upgrades.
- Cultivate strong relationships with franchise partners through regular communication, support, and performance reviews.
- Identify areas for process improvement within franchise operations and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.




- Provide leadership and mentorship to regional managers and franchise teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning operations, or franchise management with a track record of driving growth.
- Strong multi tasking skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams or managing large groups of stakeholders.
- Knowledge or willing to learn floor care; carpet care; & other routine tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with franchise partners and customers alike.
- Ability to analyze business metrics and develop strategies based on data insights.
- Prior experience in the administration and janitorial service industry is preferred but not required.

Pay: $45,589.61-$111,989.50 per year

- Surrey, BC V3S 5N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Administrative: 5 years (required)
- Janitorial: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:
