Machine Operator / Assembler

Location: Norwich
Pay Rate: $22.70 (plus Shift Premium on Nights)
Shift: Straight Days or Nights

We are currently hiring Machine Operators / Assemblers for our client in Norwich! This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team and work in a clean, rapid-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate machinery while completing detailed assembly tasks. Candidates with experience using hand tools, reading work instructions, and performing quality checks are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform assembly of components according to work instructions and specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Follow production schedules while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Perform measuring, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as required
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following all safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Assembler, or Production Associate in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment




- Experience using hand tools and power tools is required
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or specifications is an asset
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
