We're looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing pricing, delivery information, technical support, and order management while helping drive sales growth.
In this role, you'll: Respond to customer inquiries and provide product support
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Process customer orders and contracts
Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
Manage customer inventory programs and agreements
Help deliver an outstanding customer experience
What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
1-2 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience is an asset
Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
Location: Concord, ON
Hiring Range: $58,846 - $73,557 annually
