Advanced Printing (Richmond Hill) is hiring a reliable, hard-working
Reception / Print Shop Attendant to be the front line of our shop —
and to grow with us. This is more than a printing job: you're joining
the team behind a group of ambitious brands, including Brass Knuckles
Whiskey, 6ixElement, and Brass Knuckles Fight Club.

No print experience required — we'll train you. We're looking for the
right attitude, work ethic, and someone who wants to build a career.

What You'll Do

- Answer phone calls and emails, greet walk-in customers, and make
- every customer feel taken care of.
- Manage customer orders and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Handle basic social media — creating and scheduling posts.
- Place and track orders with our print reseller.
- Learn the craft: embroidery, shirt printing, and basic production

printing (full training provided).

- Report to management and help keep the shop running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

- A genuinely hard worker who takes pride in the details.
- Friendly, professional, and organized — strong on the phone and
- over email.
- Comfortable learning recent software (CRM, social tools) and hands-on

skills.

- Dependable — shows up, follows through, communicates.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Retail, reception, customer-service, print, or social media

experience is a plus, but not required — attitude beats experience.Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (25 hours/week).
- Part-time now, with a real path to full-time as you prove out.
