Job Summary
As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of our production process. Your main duty will be to assist in various stages of the box manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and operating machinery under supervision
- Handle materials and finished products effectively and safely
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform basic quality control checks on products
- Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment
- Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures
- Cooperate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Perform other general labor tasks as required to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in box manufacturing/packaging or similar environment is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measuring skill
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a high level of dedication
- Willingness to learn and improve
