We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Pizza Store Crew Member to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love great food, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders (in-person and over the phone), and handle cash and digital transactions using the POS system.
- Food Preparation: Prepare pizza dough, chop fresh vegetables, slice meats, and portion toppings following strict food safety and quality standards.
- Pizza Making: Skillfully assemble pizzas, stretch dough, apply sauces, and layer toppings to brand specifications.
- Oven Operation & Packaging: Monitor the oven, ensure products are cooked to perfection, and accurately box, slice, and package orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the front-of-house, dining area, kitchen prep stations, and equipment clean and sanitized throughout your shift.
- Teamwork:



Work closely with store management and fellow crew members to ensure smooth, efficient operations during peak rush hours.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or customer service role is an asset, but full training is provided.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
- Food Safety: Smart Serve certification or valid food handler certification is an advantage.
