Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience

- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- CIS Configuration Management Database (CMDB) certification

- CIS Security Operations (SecOps) or Certified Implementation Specialist in Vulnerability Response (VR)

- Deep expertise in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and ServiceNow Discovery mechanisms

The scope of work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to:

The ServiceNow Enterprise Architect professional will be expected to execute the following tasks during this contract, but not limited to:

- Translate business outcomes into technical designs

- Set development standards for the platform

- Design integrations

- Ensure Out of the Box (OOTB) alignment to preserve platform upgradability
