What You'll Do

- Deliver a welcoming and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
- Introduce groups to their adventure with clear and engaging game briefings
- Oversee escape room sessions, offering hints and support while maintaining the flow of the game
- Prepare rooms between bookings by resetting puzzles and ensuring every detail is guest-ready
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of games, lobby, and event spaces
- Support private events, birthday parties, corporate functions, and lounge operations as needed




- Follow safety procedures and company standards while providing exceptional hospitality

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with guests of all ages
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $15.00-$45.00 per hour
