We’re looking for a positive, experienced, reliable Automotive Journeyman Mechanic/Technician, ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities & Duties
Our Mechanics blends their role between leading, supervising and managing workflow in the Boost Syndicate shop. This is a leadership role that is responsible for job tracking on all vehicle jobs as well as overseeing Mechanic Assistants, Apprentices and Detailers.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Lead and guide shop team to success
- Creating Custom Builds
- Maintain and prepare shop and vehicle reports
- Installing Lift Kits, Superchargers & Turbochargers
- Tuning Gas & Diesel Engines for Performance
- Welding & Fabrication experience an asset
- Ensure shop cleanliness
- Coordinate maintenance schedules
- Be eager to learn and work pro-actively in a team environment
- Be totally addicted to everything cool
- Maintain optimal level of customer service and assist in resolving all customer issues
- Arrive ready to work with positive energy & go home with even more positivity
Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday, with OT and occasional Saturdays as needed
Competitive Salary - starting at $42/hr based on experience
Must have a valid, in positive standing BC driver's licence
4-6 years of Automotive Mechanic experience required
