Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist with product selection, answer questions, and offer knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and display areas
- Support inventory management through stocking shelves, processing deliveries, and conducting stock counts
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth daily operations




- Follow safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure shopping environment

Skills

- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
