About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Furniture Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering furniture to customers' homes or businesses while ensuring that items are handled with care and delivered in a timely and professional manner. As a key representative of our company, you will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload furniture from the delivery vehicle, ensuring all items are secured and protected from damage.
- Assemble and set up furniture at the delivery location as required, following instructions and customer preferences.
- Inspect delivered items for damages and ensure proper documentation for delivery completion.




- Communicate with the dispatch team and customers to confirm delivery times and addresses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in the warehouse or store as needed, including packing, inventory, or organizing furniture.

Your Skillset Includes:

- Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (commercial driving license preferred).
- Proven experience in delivery, or a similar role (furniture delivery experience is a plus).
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (up to 50-75 lbs) regularly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
