Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Lot Staff to support the daily operations of our vehicle inventory and reconditioning process. Reporting directly to the Inventory and Recon Coordinator, this role is essential in ensuring vehicles are moved efficiently between locations and that general lot tasks are completed promptly. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow instructions from the Inventory and Recon Coordinator
- Move vehicles between locations, shops, and delivery locations as needed
- Perform basic inspections and report any visible damages
- Assist in keeping the lot organized and clean
- Support with general tasks around the lot and facility as required
- Maintain transparent communication with the coordination team regarding task progress

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
