Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, high-end wellness and leisure center that integrates dining, wellness services, Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, and RMT registered massage treatments. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health and relaxation experience for our guests. The club spans approximately 60,000 square feet with fully equipped facilities and a serene, comfortable environment—an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are currently seeking multiple Cashiers to join our growing team. The specific responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests at the front desk with courtesy and enthusiasm
- Handle customer registration, service introductions, membership sign-ups, and payment transactions
- Operate the POS system efficiently and process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately
- Respond to frequently asked questions and relay customer feedback to management




- Assist with booking services, answering phone calls, and managing daily front desk operations
- Maintain a tidy, professional appearance at the front desk area

Qualifications:

- Strong sense of customer service; fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese, Korean and Japanese are a plus)
- Previous experience in front desk or cashier roles preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office software; POS experience is a plus
- Responsible, detail-oriented, with valuable communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
