Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee electrical operations on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that electrical systems are installed, maintained, and inspected according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional results efficiently and safely. Your expertise in electrical systems, construction management software, and supervision will drive project success from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with blueprints, schematics, and safety regulations
- Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback
- Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to interpret project requirements accurately
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 to plan schedules, track progress, and manage resources effectively
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets industry standards and project specifications
- Assist in budgeting processes by estimating costs related to electrical materials and labor while monitoring expenses throughout the project




- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience within the construction or electrical industry with a strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes
- Extensive construction experience with knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Solid understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations applicable to electrical work
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for installation planning
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Pay: $7,477.42-$8,176.37 per month
