Program Manager (IAM):
On behalf of our Information Technology client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager (IAM) for a 4.5 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Program Manager (IAM) - Job Description:
WestJet is seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead the delivery of its Identity and Access Management (IAM) Hardening program through the remainder of 2026. This role involves managing ongoing program delivery while planning for the Sunwing Identity Unification ahead of 2027.

Program Manager (IAM) - Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of the 2026 IAM Hardening scope, including termination process modernization and user verification standards.
- Drive governance work supporting IAM scope and policy updates.
- Manage the updated certification/attestation cadence and align with stakeholders on the role-based certification framework.
- Oversee the application onboarding evaluation model and track/report on schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead documentation of client's current identity architecture and define unification options for 2027.
- Prepare structured, outcome-focused status reporting for SteerCo and executive audiences.

Program Manager (IAM) - Mandatory Skills:





- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience in IAM or cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management and access certification processes.
- Experience in identity-related M&A; or organizational integration initiatives.
- Robust stakeholder management skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with discovery-driven work.
- Experience with RAID management and outcome-based reporting.

Program Manager (IAM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Verified ID, and Windows Hello for Business.
- Exposure to Privileged Access Management platforms and Zero Trust security principles.
- Experience with RBAC/ABAC role design and role-based access certification models.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and audit evidence requirements.
- Prior experience in the airline or travel industries.

This is a 5-month contract position.
