We're a mobile rehabilitation practice delivering in-home care to seniors, post-surgical patients, and ICBC clients across Metro Vancouver. We're looking for a kinesiologist who wants a busy clinical caseload today, with room to grow into representing us in the community as we expand our senior-focused programs.

The role today: You'll carry a clinical caseload, delivering in-home kinesiology sessions as part of our patients' rehab plans, working alongside our physiotherapists to execute treatment plans and support recovery for seniors' mobility programs, post-surgical patients, and ICBC clients. You'll work independently in patients' homes across metro Vancouver with scheduling built around geographic efficiency and consistency of care.

Where it can go: As you build tenure and trust, you'll have the opportunity to represent PhysioHome to senior centers and community partners, introducing them to FunctionIQ.ca, a functional-assessment tool we've built, and helping open the door to new residents and partner organizations. This is relationship and outreach work, not sales quotas: you'd be the face of PhysioHome in rooms where trust matters more than a pitch.

This isn't a vague promise. We'll set transparent milestones together in your first 90 days so you know exactly what "ready for more" looks like, and what it unlocks.

You might be a fit if you:

- Are a Registered Kinesiologist (or eligible for registration) in BC




- Have 2+ years of clinical experience, ideally with seniors, post-surgical, or injury recovery populations
- Are comfortable working independently, in patients' homes, without direct on-site supervision
- Communicate clearly and confidently with patients, families, and healthcare or community partners
- Are interested in relationship-building and community outreach, not just clinical hours
- Want more responsibility over time and are willing to earn it, not just be handed a title
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Not required, but a plus:

- Experience presenting to or building relationships with organizations (seniors homes, community groups, healthcare partners)
- Interest in health technology or functional assessment tools
