Receptionist & Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Receptionist & Sales Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic clinic.

We specialize in laser hair removal, advanced skincare, facial treatments, and non-surgical cosmetic services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, closing sales, building client relationships, and contributing directly to business growth.

You will play an important role in converting inquiries, increasing bookings, promoting memberships and packages, and improving client retention.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Respond to inquiries across phone, text, email, and Instagram
- Convert leads into booked consultations, treatments, packages, and memberships
- Follow up with prospective and past clients to drive bookings and rebooking
- Confidently explain services, pricing, promotions, and treatment options
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services, packages, memberships, and products
- Track leads, sales activity, appointments, and client records accurately

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

- Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, client retention,



or membership sales
- Confidence recommending services, packages, memberships, and promotions
- A strong ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Experience following up with leads and closing sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A skilled, polished, and results-driven approach
- Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfort using booking systems, CRM tools, Instagram, and online messaging

Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, medical spa, beauty clinic, laser clinic, luxury retail, hospitality, or service-based sales environment is strongly preferred.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than a front-desk job. The right candidate will be motivated to generate revenue, build lasting client relationships, increase bookings, and become an important part of the clinic’s growth.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
