Full time -Experienced Climbing Arborist/Crew lead

We are seeking a skilled Climbing Arborist to become part of our dedicated tree care crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong interest in arboriculture, and are committed to safe, high-quality workmanship, we’d be happy to connect with you.

Responsibilities include-

Carry out advanced tree pruning and removals using safe climbing and rigging methods recognized in the industry.

Perform both spurless climbing and full removals in a protected and efficient manner.

Operate equipment such as chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, bucket trucks, and other arborist tools.

Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety standards.

Collaborate with crew members to complete projects effectively and on schedule.

Interact professionally and courteously with clients when required.

Inspect, care for, and maintain tools, equipment, and personal protective gear.

Qualifications-

Prior experience as a climbing arborist is required.

Solid understanding of pruning techniques, removals, rigging systems, and safe work procedures.





Experience with bucket trucks is considered an advantage.ISA Certified Arborist certification is an asset but not mandatory.

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required (Class 3 or Air Brake endorsement is an asset).

Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions with good physical fitness.

Dependable, positive, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
