Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.




- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and foster a trusting relationship.
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients in a caring and professional manner.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and address client concerns.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
