We are seeking an organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage our front office operations and project logistics. In this role, you will be the central link between our clients, production team, and installation crews. You will manage the initial customer greeting, handle project paperwork, and ensure jobs move smoothly from the initial quote to the final installation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule measurement, template, and installation appointments.
- Quote Preparation: Generate and send accurate price quotes and estimates to clients.
- Team Coordination: Communicate project timelines effectively between production and field installers.
- Project Follow-up: Maintain contact with customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Office Administration: Manage daily paperwork,
file records, and perform general data entry.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative, logistics, or service coordination role (experience in construction, trades, or manufacturing is a robust asset).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Organization: Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail to prevent scheduling or quoting errors.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel) and adaptability to scheduling systems.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Winnipeg and surrounding areas for efficient route planning.
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
