Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Nanny/Caregiver to provide attentive, nurturing care for children and support to their families. This role involves creating a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive, while assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and educational activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about fostering a positive growth experience for children of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive supervision and care tailored to each child's age and developmental needs
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime preparations
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and teaching moments to promote learning and development
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning up after children, tidying play areas, and maintaining a safe environment
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized caregiving strategies




- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children of various ages in a caregiving or teaching capacity
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Ability to cook healthy meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs
- Robust skills in cleaning and maintaining a tidy, safe environment
- Demonstrated caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
- Knowledge of child development principles and teaching methods appropriate for different age groups
- Valid background check and references verifying reliability and trustworthiness

Pay: $16.75-$31.68 per hour
