The Billing Clerk is primarily responsible for ensuring that GCPC (Pomerleau Canam Construction Group) collects all amounts owed by each subcontractor on the project.
What you will do :
- Receive timesheets from subcontractors;
- Ensure that subcontractors' timesheets have been approved by the Construction Department;
- Enter timesheet data into SAP;
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to data entry or the collection of timesheets;
- Be able to prepare timesheets for CCQ employees hired by the company.
This role could be for you if you have :
- AEC or DEC in Accounting;
3 to 5 years of accounting experience;
- Knowledge of the CCQ collective agreement is considered an asset;
- Robust proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service experience;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively;
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service;
Strong adaptability and flexibility;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under time constraints.
