Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers, assessing their needs, recommending appropriate products and services, preparing accurate estimates, presenting solutions, and closing sales. This role serves as the face of the company during the sales process and is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners and prospective customers at scheduled appointments.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the customer's needs and property.
- Recommend products and solutions that best meet the customer's requirements and budget.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, warranties, and available financing options.
- Build trust through a professional, consultative sales approach.
- Confidently present proposals and answer customer questions.
- Address objections and negotiate within company pricing guidelines.
- Close sales while maintaining high ethical standards.




- Obtain signed contracts and required deposits.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in exterior home improvement sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
- Active listening skills.
- Present pricing confidently and justify value.
- Negotiate within company guidelines.

You must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.

Commission Pay Only.

2 weeks training program.

Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
