Universal Staffing is currently seeking a casual general labourers for our client. Can be long hours, depending on the job. This position is an on-call position.
We currently have a position beginning Monday August 10th 2026 that requires a background check as you will be entering government buildings.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Duties will include assisting in the assembly of equipment and break down of pallets when receiving equipment
- Must be safety conscious and use secure lifting practices
- This position may requires a criminal record search
Pay Rate:
· $18.00
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Ability to life 50lbs or more on a consistent basis (with assistance)
· Previous general labour experience an asset
Expected Hours: On call shifts, will have full day of work when called in
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
