Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, or chat platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills at all times




- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service processes

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, and using CRM or similar systems
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude

Pay: $25.00 per hour
