About Golden Management
Golden Management is an Edmonton-based marketing and promotions firm. We partner with established corporate clients to represent their products and services directly to consumers through live, in-person events and field-based campaigns. We're building a team of driven, personable individuals who want to grow with us from the ground up.

The Role
This is a full-time, entry-level, in-person position. You'll be out at live consumer events and field activations across Edmonton every day — meeting people, generating interest in what our clients offer, and guiding interested consumers through the process from first conversation to completed sale. No experience necessary. We train from scratch and promote from within.

What the Work Looks Like

- Represent client brands at live consumer events and field activations across Edmonton
- Approach consumers confidently and open conversations naturally
- Present client products and services clearly, accurately, and without pressure
- Identify what a customer is looking for before making any recommendation
- Walk each customer through the process from introduction to a completed transaction
- Keep accurate records of daily activity and results




- Work toward personal targets while contributing to broader team objectives
- Attend team training sessions and apply feedback consistently

Who We're Looking For

- Comfortable striking up conversations with new people in busy public settings
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to work every day
- Reliable, accountable, and follows through on commitments
- Stays focused and composed in fast-moving environments
- A background in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role is a bonus — not a requirement
- Available full-time with transportation to event locations across Edmonton
