Kildare Renovations is seeking a Residential Painter & Plasterer with a minimum of 5 years of painting and plastering experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, repairing, plastering, and painting interior and exterior residential surfaces while delivering high-quality finishes and following company safety procedures.

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for plastering and painting by cleaning, washing, scraping, sanding, repairing, and masking as required.
- Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections using plaster, putty, caulking, or other appropriate materials.
- Mix and apply plaster to achieve smooth or textured finishes.
- Perform drywall repairs and finishing as required.
- Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or other appropriate tools.
- Paint a variety of surfaces, including drywall, wood, metal, and concrete.
- Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths and masking materials.
- Determine and estimate materials required for assigned projects.
- Complete work within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.




- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members on residential renovation projects.

Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of residential painting and plastering experience.
- Experience preparing, repairing, and finishing interior and exterior residential surfaces.
- Strong knowledge of residential painting methods, materials, and surface preparation.
- Ability to safely and efficiently use painting and plastering tools and equipment.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Positive work references required.
- Must pass a background check.
- English required.
