Ace Instruments Ltd. is looking for an organized and dependable Parts & Warehouse Person to join our team.

This is a hands-on position responsible for ordering stock, purchasing special-order items, receiving shipments, picking and staging orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, technicians, sales staff, and suppliers to ensure parts are available when needed.

Responsibilities

- Prepare stock orders and purchase special-order items.
- Obtain supplier pricing, availability, and delivery information.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders.
- Receive, inspect, label, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick, stage, package, and document outgoing orders.
- Assist customers and technicians with locating parts.
- Complete cycle counts, truck counts, and annual inventory counts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate bin locations.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.





Qualifications

- Parts, purchasing, inventory, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory software.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Industrial, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, or oilfield experience is an asset.
