Chaiiwala of London – Burnaby Mountain is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full time Line Cook to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, follows recipes, maintains high food safety standards, and works well with the team. Our menu is straightforward, and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of Line Cook experience in a restaurant.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.




- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience with Indian or Pakistani cuisine is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Staff meal provided during shifts.
- Opportunity for wage review based on performance.
