Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts within residential markets
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate HVAC products and services tailored to each customer
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, follow-up, and service to foster long-term relationships
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads in local communities
- Utilize technology sales techniques to explain product features and benefits clearly to homeowners
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using Salesforce or similar CRM tools





Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
- Business development expertise with a focus on expanding customer base and market reach
- Excellent account management skills to nurture long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for residential markets
- Familiarity with technology tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads and sales progress
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape effectively
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly preferred to serve diverse communities effectively
