DBH LLP is a mid-sized law firm that has been operating near the downtown core in Calgary, Alberta for over 30 years. We have the need for an energetic, intelligent, self-motivated Corporate Paralegal with a minimum CORES II designation and experience in working in a corporate legal department. Duties will include filing Annual Returns and keeping track of and creating minute books, preparing incorporations, trade name filings, preparing paperwork for share purchase and sale transactions, completing amalgamations, revivals, dissolutions and the like. Some tax planning experience would be an asset. We offer a competitive salary, advantages, RRSP matching and a respectful, friendly, collegial atmosphere.
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
