The Career Foundation is posting on behalf of a partner employer to fill a position of Fabric Care and Indoor Air Quality Technician.

Location: Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, ON)
Employment Type: Full‑time

Key Responsibilities

· Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning using truck‑mounted and specialized equipment

· Clean air supply vents, return vents, trunks, furnace bases, and related HVAC components

· Operate and maintain company trucks, tools, and cleaning equipment

· Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, addressing questions or concerns on‑site

· Follow company standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality

· Present before‑and‑after results to clients when applicable

· Uphold company values including punctuality, reliability, and professionalism

· Physically perform job duties including lifting, climbing stairs, and working in confined spaces

Qualifications & Requirements

· Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record





· Clean criminal background check

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted

· Strong work ethic; dependable and punctual

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

· Good communication and customer‑service skills

· Availability Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (five days per week)

· Previous duct cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

· Hourly pay reported around $20-$30 hour (varies by posting and experience)
