Responsibilities

- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean windows, glass surfaces, and related fixtures.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including washing, scrubbing, wiping, and polishing windows to achieve streak-free clarity.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as cleaning exterior surfaces, removing debris from window tracks, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during high-reach work.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning assignments within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate schedules, address special requests, or resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist with custodial duties such as cleaning entryways,



glass doors, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Lift heavy equipment or supplies safely when necessary, adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites or projects.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders, or work at heights when required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to glass surfaces and window maintenance is desirable.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail to deliver consistently high-quality results.
