We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from customers, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent entertainment experience for all patrons.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic drinks to customers
- Clear dishes and tables in a timely manner
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
Skills
- Experience in the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
