Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional server/ Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, managing POS transactions, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, along with solid time management and multitasking skills. The Bartender will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience through excellent service and beverage knowledge.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
- Ensure responsible serving practices by monitoring guest alcohol consumption
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and special requests
- Restock bar supplies,



garnishes, and beverages as needed throughout shifts
- Follow all food safety regulations and hospitality protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Experience

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs effectively
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles will be considered an asset
