Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills to promote our services and products effectively. The Aesthetician will play a key role in maintaining high standards of sanitation and guest care while contributing to the overall success of our spa or salon.

Duties

- Perform skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care
- Provide professional hair styling and nail care services as needed
- Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products to clients
- Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty tools during guest interactions
- Conduct product demos to educate clients about new or featured items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and guest services




- Foster a welcoming workplace through excellent hospitality and guest service skills
- Promote additional services through effective communication and upselling techniques

Experience

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar skincare/beauty role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a spa or salon setting
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and product recommendations
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and other aesthetic treatments are highly desirable
- Background in hospitality or guest services is a plus for creating a positive client experience
