Our client is hiring: Prepper

Our client runs a lively, social kitchen where fresh, flavorful food comes first and the energy never quite turns off. They are looking for a reliable Prepper to join the back of house team. This role is a outstanding fit for someone who works well independently, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in getting things ready right before the rush begins.

What you will do:

- Prepare ingredients and set up stations ahead of service
- Follow recipes and food safety standards precisely
- Plan your workflow so everything is ready on time
- Keep your station organized and clean throughout your shift
- Communicate with the kitchen team about what is ready and what needs attention

What we are looking for:

- Someone who can work independently and stay focused on detailed tasks
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Basic food safety knowledge is a plus,



but we are happy to train the right person
- Comfortable holding a knife and handling kitchen tools safely
- Reliable and consistent with morning availability

Compensation:

A competitive base rate of $20 - $22/hr plus tip pool.
