National Association of Estheticians Incorporated (NAE Inc.) is expanding to our new Richmond Hill location! We are seeking passionate, experienced beauty professionals to join our educator team for upcoming fall cohorts starting this Fall. As an instructor, you will deliver hands-on training, lead practical skill workshops, evaluate student technique, and mentor the next generation of esthetics professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on instruction following standardized NAE course curriculums.
- Demonstrate technical skill execution, workplace safety, and proper infection control protocols.
- Evaluate student practical technique and provide constructive, real-time coaching.
- Ensure training stations, kit supplies, and classroom setups are maintained to industry standards.
- Support student learning and foster a professional, supportive classroom environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: College Diploma in Esthetics or Cosmetology.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of active industry experience servicing clients (minimum 30 clients serviced).
- Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills, enthusiasm for teaching, and exceptional technical proficiency.
- Availability: In-person availability for weekday or weekend cohorts in Richmond Hill.
