Job Description:
Smiles of Canada is seeking a professional and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in our Barrie office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in dental office operations, including insurance, billing, and patient coordination.

Location: 11 Ferris Lane, #301 , Barrie, ON , L4M5N6

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform patient recall calls and follow-ups
- Follow up with patients and ensure continuation of care
- Book and manage hygiene appointments (Recall )
- Prepare and submit insurance estimates and claims
- Handle billing, payments, and account follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of dental front desk experience is required
- Experience with dental software such as tracker




- Robust experience with insurance estimates, billing, and claims processing
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
