About the Role

We are seeking an Installation Technician to join our installation services team immediately. In this role, you will handle hands-on installation work, oversee site operations, and represent our company with top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Specialized Installations: Install hardware, keying or access controls, security systems, doors, and specialty doors.
- Leadership & Training: Supervise and train other on-site labourers.
- Project Management Support: Estimate the time required to complete tasks and complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
- Site Logistics: Handle on-site shipping and receiving.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all regulatory safety requirements on the job site.




- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Perks: Company vehicle provided for work use.

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience level can range from mechanically inclined up to a Journeyperson Carpenter.
- Robust technical and practical skills relevant to construction and hardware installation.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead and train others on-site.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
