Purpose

We're looking for Composite Manufacturing Technicians to join our expanding aerospace manufacturing team. Whether you're looking to broaden your experience, work on challenging projects, or grow your career in aerospace manufacturing, this is an opportunity to be part of something exciting

What you’ll do:

Working alongside Engineering, Quality, and Production, you will manufacture high-quality aerospace composite components while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative production environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manufacture aerospace composite parts and assemblies following approved work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Perform composite lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, bonding, finishing, and assembly operations.
- Provide work that meets quality and workmanship standards.
- Support the introduction of new products into production.
- Help maintain tooling, molds, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with Engineering and Quality to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who takes pride in your workmanship and enjoys working as part of a team that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:





- DEP or DEC in Composite Materials, Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3–7 years of experience in aerospace composite manufacturing (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with composite lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, bonding, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.
- French required; English is considered an asset. The role involves reading technical documentation that may be provided in English.*

* The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.
