$50,000 - $100,000 plus per year

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Ontario. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives in a rapid-paced, performance-based environment and is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their lifestyle and needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a professional, engaging experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Deliver compelling product presentations and conduct test drives
- Demonstrate key features including performance, safety, and technology
- Guide customers through financing, leasing, and protection options
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining transparency and integrity
- Accurately complete all documentation in compliance with OMVIC regulations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business
- Manage leads and customer interactions using CRM systems
- Stay informed on current incentives, promotions, and product updates




- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid OMVIC certification (required)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
