Position Overview
MMP Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the development, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a technically strong and detail-oriented professional who understands how buildings are assembled and how coordinated construction documents support successful project delivery.
The successful candidate will be technically proficient, highly organized, and comfortable working collaboratively with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and clients. This role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to translate design intent into coordinated and technically sound construction documents.
Experience with institutional, healthcare, commercial, multi-family residential, or renovation projects would be considered an asset.
You are comfortable taking ownership of assigned work, identifying issues before they become problems, and collaborating with others to find practical solutions. You value design quality, technical accuracy, clear communication, and well-organized documentation.
You can balance independent production with active coordination and understand when an issue should be brought forward to the Project Manager or Architect.

Qualifications
· Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of five years of relevant architectural experience required
· Solid proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
· Working knowledge of construction documentation, building systems, materials, and detailing.
· Familiarity with applicable building codes and construction practices.
· Experience coordinating architectural documents with multidisciplinary consultant teams.
· Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple ongoing assignments and meet project deadlines.
Compensation
The anticipated salary is approximately $75,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth will also be provided.
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
