North Star Ford is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Administration Team in Fort McMurray!

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable and maintaining appropriate financial documentation through an organized system of filing. Other responsibilities will include producing monthly accounting reports, making accurate monthly remittances, assistance with annual audit working papers, and administrative duties related to finance and bookkeeping.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1 hour in unpaid breaks)

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll, and general bookkeeping.
- Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Experience with accounting, and reporting systems.




- Solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Practices.
- Perform mathematical computations accurately and quickly.
- Intermediate proficiency with ADP accounting software and spreadsheet programs and applications an asset.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
