Ocean Contractors Limited is a well-established leader in asphalt and ready-mix concrete production, built on quality since 1974. We are not looking for average — we are looking for a highly capable Certified Concrete Field Tester who takes ownership, works independently, and holds the line on quality across all operations.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven testing professional who understands that quality control is critical to the success of every project.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document field testing in accordance with CSA standards and project specifications.
- Conduct slump, air, temperature, unit weight, and concrete cylinder testing.
- Monitor concrete placements and verify compliance with approved mix designs.
- Identify deficiencies, raise concerns, and support corrective actions when quality standards are at risk.
- Communicate effectively with Concrete Superintendent.
- Support quality assurance across plant production and field operations.
Required Qualifications
- Current CCIL or ACI Concrete Field Testing Certification (required)
- Demonstrated experience performing concrete testing in the field
- Strong knowledge of CSA standards and concrete quality requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
