About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our commercial flat roofing service and production team. Prior roofing experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate who’s eager to learn and grow in the trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation and repair of commercial flat roofing systems
- Follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including rain and cold/snow
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative
- Flexible schedule and availability for varied work hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be dependable and punctual
