Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Accountant to assist with our full cycle accounting and month end process. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliations and strong Excel skills.

This is a great opportunity to join a great team within a growing group of companies in the construction industry, reporting to the Controller and working with the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare regular bookkeeping entries across a group of companies.
- Prepare month end journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Bookkeeper/Accountant for 5+ years
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in real estate or construction is an asset
- Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal staff
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
