Leasing Agent – Commission-Based Opportunity with Growth Potential

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential and the possibility to grow into a base salary + commission role as responsibilities and performance increase.

Compensation & Growth

- Commission-based compensation with competitive earning potential
- Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$100,000+, based on performance and leasing volume
- Opportunity to transition into a base salary + commission position

Requirements

- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Fluent in both English and French
- Flexible schedule — evenings and weekends may occasionally be required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, motivated, and results-oriented
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service is an asset
- Must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple leads





Responsibilities

- Respond to rental inquiries and qualify prospective tenants
- Conduct property showings
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into leases
- Coordinate rental applications and required documentation
- Maintain strong communication with prospective and existing tenants
- Assist with day-to-day leasing and rental operations
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients
