We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Pump Operator / Laborer for a temporary project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining various pumping systems to ensure productive water management. This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and assisting with general labor tasks as required.

Responsibilities
Perform tasks on the mine dewatering crew including:
- Set up and maintain temporary and permanent dewatering pumps
- Monitor pumps to ensure they are operating properly and efficiently
- Complete HDPE line bolt-ups
- Cleaning and inspecting pumps for signs of wear or damage
- Adhere strictly to legislative requirements, company policies, and procedures regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid class 5 license
- Valid CSTS or BSO certification
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Minimum 1 year of oil and gas or mining experience
- Experience on Loader, Skid Steer, and Excavator is an asset
- Dewatering or pump experience is an asset
- Good communication and organizational skills.
