Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while delivering exceptional guest services
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Basic understanding of food preparation and serving techniques
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for providing guest services that exceed expectations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and work on your feet for extended periods
